Planning a trip to Las Vegas and not sure how to fit in everything you want to see while you’re in town? You are not alone. After all, Las Vegas and the Mohave Desert offer some of the greatest sightseeing and vacation opportunities in the southwestern United States. At Black Canyon River Adventures, we make it easy for you to fit a river float into your Las Vegas itinerary, no matter how long you are in town.

Make It a Day Trip

Unless you will be staying in Las Vegas for a few weeks, a multi-day river rafting trip will be difficult to squeeze in. But it is a lot easier to find time for a day trip. At Black Canyon River Adventures, our Black Canyon Raft Tour is the ideal day trip on the Colorado River. We get an early start, with check in from 9:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and then head out on the water. It takes about three hours to travel from our launch site at the base of the Hoover Dam to our landing location at Willow Beach. At Willow Beach, you will have lunch and time to peruse the gift shop before heading back.

Round-Trip Transportation

The biggest obstacle between most Vegas visitors and the Colorado River is the open road. If you are staying in Las Vegas without a car or just don’t feel like driving, that’s no problem. At Black Canyon River Adventures, we offer round-trip transportation from select Las Vegas hotels. Our comfortable tour bus will pick you up and bring you to our launch site. At the end of the day, we will drop you off at the same hotel where we picked you up. You can also choose to meet us at our check-in desk at the Lake Mead RV Village and board the bus there to get to the launch area.

At Black Canyon River Adventures, we want you to experience the joy of floating down the Colorado River during your next Vegas vacation. Contact us today for more information or to book your tour.
